Weekly bookings are taken from Friday to Friday.

Our calendar is updated daily, please contact us for confirmation of availability. Once you have contacted us regarding your booking we will reserve your dates and take a 20% non - refundable deposit for the holiday (balance payable 6 weeks before holiday). Or if your holiday is within 6 weeks full payment will be required. In the event of a cancellation within 6 weeks of your holiday we will try to re-let your cancelled week, however, refunds will only be given if a re-booking is obtained (and the new booking price may differ from what you originally paid), no refunds are given for missed nights in the event of bad weather, travel problems etc. We always advise you take out travel insurance for your holiday.

Children over 5 years (due to a small drop from the wall in the garden, Babes in Arms are also welcome but there is limited room for a travel cot, please contact us with any queries).

We are sorry, but to keep the cottage clean and inviting to all our guests, no pets and no smoking is allowed. Thank you.
